Strategic Planning Process
The documents below are products of UROC's strategic planning process, facilitated by the Lyceum Group.
Documents include a report of interviews with community and university stakeholders, as well as documents relating to UROC's Futures Conference, Coming Together to Create a Shared Future for North Minneapolis, held on February 20 and 21, 2009. The conference, facilitated by Erline Belton of the Lyceum Group, brought together key stakeholders from the community and university to envision and influence the future of UROC.
